During the time for our appointment, you may choose to lie down or make yourself comfortable by engaging in some deep breathing exercises or simply relax and allow the healing energy to surround you.
Sessions can be by phone or energetic only where we set a start time and I text when the session is complete.
An individual’s energy body contains their energetic information including all organs, parts and systems of the physical body. During your session, your physical & spiritual body is scanned for any blockages or obstacles, then sent cleansing, balancing, normalizing, and healing energy. Specific requests can be made
You may or may not have sensations when this healing is occurring, depending on your sensitivity. Healings can go on for hours, days, months, etc. The healing may be “delivered” at a different time or date depending on your how long your physical body needs to adapt the changes at a speed most benevolent to you.
