Kristy is an empathic LMT, Usui & Karuna Reiki Master, Structural Bodyworker trained in various modalities such as: Raindrop Technique, Pranic Healing, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Neuromuscular (NMT) & Myoskeletal Techniques, Chakra balancing, repatterning, crystal work, etc.
